Everytime we go to Wendy's in Lewisburg they always get something wrong. Weather it being no sause, wrong drinks, wrong order. I... try to give them enough information about our order and make sure they're aware of what we got and need but they find a way tomess it up every time. Tonight was my last strike. Over the last few months I have noticed the sudden decline in customer service and quality at this... establishment. Let me just give a brief rundown of the common issues that arise EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have stopped for a nicewarm meal. First, you'll arrive to the drive thru, usually to a line you sit in for about 10-15 minutes. When it is FINALLYyour turn to order, you wait another few minutes before they finally acknowledge your presence. As you list off the order you'vebeen craving so badly, you get the typical "sorry but we are out of (the food you wanted)". When you finally settle with whatyou didn't actually want, you arrive to the window where you must provide exact change or a card. Finally you'll be handed yoursub-par, cold, underwhelming food with no response. I got two frosties and they were just what I ordered. The service was quick and easy.
Salad had to be made and was very small even for a fast food joint. Children of an employee were just running around like it was... a playground. Mess on the floor and a couple tables and nobody trying to clean it. Soda machine almost completely empty.Honestly worst experience here in a long time.
