Orfered a pizza by phone . Talked to someone not in the store,was transfered to the lewisburg store gave my order, and paid... for it.($27 and a few cents) Went to pick it up they couldn't find it, finally it had just come out of the oven. Got the pizzahome the crust was over cooked couldn't see if they had put any cheese on it. I won't be ordering another one from them. Ordered online, said my pizza was delivered and I never received it. Called to see what was going on and got a call center... instead. Was connected to the store talked to 3 people and the manager wanted to argue that my address was wrong (I have foundseveral employees at this location to be rude), well it was right online when I ordered!!!! Halfa$$ed pizza and the sandwiches and wings are even worse. I'm pretty sure the cardboard box my Italian sub came in tastes... better than that pitiful sandwich with its 3 ultra thin slices of meat and virtually no fixins, I had to add mayo to give itsome flavor. The wings are a joke, and 2-3 minutes away from being properly cooked. Never again. Read more

I will never order from them again. They lost another customer. I sent an email that my pizza was burnt and included a pic of... it. The wait to get a pizza at this place is absurd . Plus when I arrived the manager added another 30 minutes to the wait. That is... with 12 plus people working as well. I told them to cancel the order and we would take our business else where. The manager onduty didn't apologize nor even care about the poor service he gave. You guys need to either re train your employees, teach yourmanagers better service skills and run a more efficient business if you want to stay in business. Read more

Worst pizza in town. I don?t understand how they keep the doors open with such poor quality. The cheese pizza I ordered, upon... closer inspection I just so happened to notice a dark spot under the cheese. So I pull the cheese back and there is somethingbrown and smells rotten. The pineapple pizza I ordered did not even have enough cheese on it to cover the top of the pizza, youcould see more sauce than cheese! Not to mention when I finally got my pizzas, I could tell they had sat for a while, they werebarely warm on arrival. I?ll never order from here again.
