Barbecue is not a perfect science so the first time I tried (pulled, ribs), I thought it was the best bbq I have ever had. So... the second time I tried their bbq (pulled, ribs) it was every bit a good as the first time. I like how the sauce comes insealed bags. The sauce is tasty and enhances the flavor of the meat.
