I gave the Lewisburg restaurant a call, and asked them if they still had dine in service. After they replied that they did have... dine in, I asked what time were they opened till , mind you this is on a Saturday afternoon, the reply I received was 11pm. Mywife and I worked a little bit later on Saturday, and had to head home to grab the kids, then head to Lewisburg . We arrived atPizza Hut at 8:20 pm, enter the restaurant and stand waiting to be seated, almost nobody in the restaurant but standing forabout 5 minutes while 2 employees stand by watching . Finally an employee approached us and announced that the dining room isclosed, this is 2 1/2 hours before the restaurant closes, and a 20 mile ride to get there. I am assuming that the wait staff iswell paid and don?t rely on tips, and the franchise owners are well to do, and are not concerned about bringing in newclientele. That?s good news for all of them, because this is one family that will not try again, to eat at the Lewisburg PizzaHut ! Read more

Waited 2 hours for 40 minute delivery that never came. Drove there to pick up & staff was rude. They indicated I gave wrong... address when delivery was requested at hotel less than a mile from their location! No apology offered, very disrespectful &acted offended when I requested a refund. Good pizza! Poor customer service. I have tried this location twice, unfortunately had issue both times. Once, ordered over the... phone, got there and they had no record of my order. The store does seem understaffed. Read more
On July 1st 2022, we ordered a pizza from Pizza hut in Lewisburg Tn. The app said it would be ready in 15 minutes. It was closer... to an hour before it was ready, everyone that ordered online was having to wait that long but the app was saying that our pizzawas ready. But the pizza, when we finally got it, was good. Read more
Well I got there late to dine in. Lucky me the place was loud and had kids running around. Was almost like a day care... atmosphere. On the other hand the pizzas were excellent and there's a garlic sauce instead of pizza sauce swap I highlyrecommend next visit. Read more
It's really nice to have dining in available again at this Pizza Hut. The restaurant was was very clean and bright and we were... immediately greeted by a very pleasant server, who seemed to be taking care of all the lunch guests. She didn't seem a bitdaunted and engaged our two young children! Our drink orders were promptly taken and served paying special attention again toensure the kids were happy. Our Pizza order was soon given and it was cooked to perfection. Usually Pizza Hut crust is a bitgreasy for me, but this time it was light and fluffy, delicious! We had half the order as cheese only and the rest veggies,which the kids actually wanted as well. Amazing! Thanks for bringing back great service and great food to our community! Read more
