normally we don?t have problems with this location but tonight i went and they wasn?t busy but it still took them forever to... bring out my food and by the time i got home with it i realized that my chili cheese tots were NOT in the bag after i had paidfor it and it shows on the recent and i went to open my chili cheese wrap and the tortilla was stuck to the wrapper so bad tothe point i couldnt get my wrap off of it like it was glued to it so i couldn?t even eat it. if this location stays like this iwill not be back. Didn't complete my order because they wanted to over charge me for something I wasn't ordering and left I was trying to order a... We have never had any issues with there food or the car hops themselves. The issues here is the wait. I have ordered food on... their app and showed up 10-15 later and still sit and wait 10-15 minutes for it to come out, sometimes longer. Our orders arenot large, Maybe a couple blasts and a shake, so it should not take 25-30 to make and send out. Especially if it's been preordered well before arriving. Read more
The food never tastes fresh. The bacon always tastes like it was cook the previous day, the burgers meat is never hot and fresh... it's just lukewarm. Drinks and ice cream is always good though Read more
