Pleasant staff, poor food quality and description. Purchased 2 house salads, fried rice, edamame and 3 sushi rolls. The images... on the online order page is not representative of the product. House salad was 10 pieces of lettuce in a clear box. Image was asalad with house salad toppings. Wish I took a picture. Sushi rolls half the size of the image. Rice smelled like wet dog. Wegot a $15 refund on the $50 dollar order. Ended up throwing away the rolls because flavor was off and didn't want to risk foodpoisoning after the taste and appearance of everything else. Hey there Lewisburg and visitors...I normally only review when I enjoy the meal and its a great experience. This time, not so... much. I did order online and it was available very quickly. * I only ordered sushi and a salad. I ordered two Cali rolls andtwo specialty rolls ($11-$12 apiece). $35 total including tip. Ok! So its worth it if the sushi is good! But, no. Please seethe photos attached. I know times are hard, but when I arrived the restaurant seemed nicely staffed and it wasn't terribly busy.And the server approached me almost immediately. * These rolls were mushy and the opposite of fresh. The avocado, crab andcucumber all mixed together to form a little brown translucent bite. I could not taste the lobster in either of the other tworolls. I'm not sure which one had that ingredient. I will chalk this up to not ordering online. Maybe had I eaten in, the foodwould have been prepared fresh. I will give them another shot. Everyone has a bad Tuesday occassionally. Read more
Great place. I got the chicken hibachi bento box and all the food was great! Would order again, would recommend. The inside is... much more fancy then I was expecting, The food was very affordable, and the customer service is great. Not to mention how thefood came out in 30 minutes (I ordered for 4 people). I would give 10 stars if that was a option. Read more

Great food! Excellent service! Nice atmosphere. Beautiful presentation. Reasonable prices. The staff definitely take pride in... their work. That earns my respect and appreciation given the number of places that do not. I live 45 minutes away and gladlymake the trip solely to enjoy this restaurant. Read more
While Fujiyama is located in the middle of nowhere, standards need to start somewhere and it is clear they have none. This place... doesn’t deserve more than 2 stars on a good day, and this was not a good day. Where to start? The main ingredients in sushi isthe rice and fish, both were mediocre. They also didn’t provide any soy sauce that i could use to mask the mediocre taste. Weordered a fried coconut shrimp, we had shrimp tempura and I had the combo steak and shrimp plate. All the shrimp was garbage,they were either too lazy or ignorant to devein any of the shrimp, which makes it even more unappetizing. It also had agrittiness in it like there was dirt or sand in it. The steak was low quality and tough. Chicken fried rice was bland and basic.I’ve had better frozen meals before. If you’re considering this place and know what good Japanese taste like, then doyourself a favor and keep looking. Read more
Service: 10/10 I was greeted immediately and my order taken Cleanliness: 10/10 Very clean Staff: 10/10 The lady took my order... asap, answered all my questions and then went and got the guy who makes the food. He made it super quick too. I had the salmonroll to go. Atmosphere: 10/10 Very well decorated, pleasant and not over the top like you see in some other places Busy:6/10 It was lunch so it became steady Value: 10/10 Somewhat reasonably priced. Found this place on a previous road trip on I-64. I made a point of stopping here to take take a break, and have some of their... very good sushi. I am no sushi novice, and this place is surprisingly good, especially,to be in a small town, strip mall. Read more
