Ordered a couple drinks, some appetizer, and French onion soup. We waited quiet some time for the appetizers. However the... bartender apologized a couple times as there had been new staff in kitchen. The Bartender was nice and checked on us regularly. The food was excellent. Read more
While this restaurant is usually good the server we had for our table had a bad attitude. She passed us 5 times without so much... as a glance or a word (they were busy and I presume short staffed) but hey: 'I'll be with you in a minute' would have been nice.My husband had to stop her on her 6th time passing us and ask if we'd be getting a server to which she sighed and rolled hereyes then proceeded to take our order. Never order from Applebee's takeout or on Uber Eats. 1) Burnt-smaller than ordered steak + soggy broccoli + maybe ok mashed... potatoes= $22.00 2) Overcooked & dry steak+ shrimp placed in a cup of curdled parmesan sauce + ok broccoli + old mashedpotatoes= $33.00 Should've just cooked at home and paid half the price. Overall the meal was good. The waiter was above board. My only issue was with the kitchen..we ordered baked potato to go with... the meal, and they switched it out to garlic mashed without asking us... Then told us it would be 1.5 hours before another bakedpotato could be ready. Seems excessive, and they should have asked first. Read more

We went out to dinner Memorial Day for dinner. The restaurant was busy due to the holiday. We were seated promptly and our... orders were taken. My dinner was delicious, unfortunately my husbands arrived cold. Our waiter was amazing. They dideverything right to correct the situation. Our meal was followed up by a quick visit by a manager to make sure we were happy. Thank you for going the extra mile to make our night a pleasant experience. You guys really made a great impression. Our waitress Sophia was great! She was doing her best, but the back of the house was awful. 3 of us in the group, and 1 meal... came out almost 20 mins before the other 2. The people behind us got ice cream before they got dinner. I did not get the fries Iordered so I was reimbursed the price of the fries plus $1.00. The food is great and the front staff is awesome!!
