I ordered a pizza around 6PM with the app and received a notification when it was out for delivery with an ETA of 6:37PM. At... 7:50 I was notified ot had been delivered but it had not. I called to inquire and was told that the driver couldn't find ouraddress and was taking our order back to the store. They refunded my money and offered to send it back with a different driverand a free 2 liter soda, I instead asked for it to be remade as my original order was pushing 2 hours old now. After 2 morehours it still has not arrived and I've been on hold for over 40 minutes waiting to find out the status of my food. Read more
After almost an hour of waiting for the tracker to change (supposed to be ready when I called), I called and it still wouldn't... be put in the oven for 15 more minutes. How can I believe that when it was supposed to be ready within 45 min? Called PapaMurphy's and it'll be ready in 15 min... By the time it bakes I'm sure this pizza would still be on 'prep' lol Read more
They never answer their phone three days in a row called and no answer I finally had to call down town to get a pizza to eat, I... know they get busy I know they are short staffed sometimes or maybe all the time who knows but I think if someone called 3 to 4times in a row and let it ring for 2 to 3 minutes each time they would at least pick up and say we're busy could you please holdor if it's that bad tell a person can you please call back or Better yet tell them to jump off a cliff something geez needlessto say I'm not going to be calling this store again I mean it's just plain rude in my opinion. Ordered a couple of pizzas at 7:02 pm. It is now 8:45. When I placed the order the website said 60-70 minutes delivery time.... It's now 130-140 minutes for delivery. Nobody answers the phone to either tell me how much longer or to cancel the damned order.I don't really care how backed up they may be, there is no excuse for not answering the damaged phone! How about adding a cancelmy order option? Too much to ask for? Read more
We love Domino's barbecue chicken pizza but the service at our local Domino's is horrible. They have messed up our order 3 out... of the 5 times we have ordered in the last month and it has taken over 3 hours to get a pizza delivered with no warning that thewait time was that long. Saturday April 23rd, 2022 we had a "Celebration of Life" for my mom. We ordered 12 pizzas to be delivered at 5 PM. Not only... were they on time, but they brought plates, napkins & silverware.
