This company receives hundreds of thousands of dollars in federal contracts to feed wildland firefighters. They provide meals... more suitable for the dog pound. They should be ashamed of their disgusting ?food?. Their recipes include: rotten lettucesalads, rainbow meat wad sandwiches, taco time gravy with cold powdered eggs, and boiled bags of eggs. They are never afraid totest the limits of what humans are willing to eat. I don?t see how they could possibly put any less effort into their productand service. The only thing they are capable of is perpetual disappointment. I?m sure they have plenty of excuses but at the endof the day they are the worst of the worst. Another healthy balanced breakfast for a long hard day of work for our wildland firefighters out in the field away from home.... Nothing really says "bare minimum effort" like happy days catering. Don't worry, they managed to burn the gas station sandwichinside the wrapper also. The massive amount of taxpayer dollars that goes into their catering contract clearly mainlinesdirectly into the pockets of the owners and skips every other step along the way.
