Food more suitable for Guantanamo Bay...these have been the last two meals served to wildland fire personnel. Complete lack of... effort and shortcuts made by Happy Day Catering are leading to prolonged hunger and continued disappointment at fire camp...(notpictured: soggy lettuce salads and cold sugar-filled breakfast bags). Please show mercy and stop catering fires. Read more

This company receives hundreds of thousands of dollars in federal contracts to feed wildland firefighters. They provide meals... more suitable for the dog pound. They should be ashamed of their disgusting ?food?. Their recipes include: rotten lettucesalads, rainbow meat wad sandwiches, taco time gravy with cold powdered eggs, and boiled bags of eggs. They are never afraid totest the limits of what humans are willing to eat. I don?t see how they could possibly put any less effort into their productand service. The only thing they are capable of is perpetual disappointment. I?m sure they have plenty of excuses but at the endof the day they are the worst of the worst. Oh, can?t forget about the explosive diarrhea experienced by hundreds of people onthe Johnson Bar Fire. That was messy. Read more

Another healthy balanced breakfast for a long hard day of work for our wildland firefighters out in the field away from home.... Nothing really says "bare minimum effort" like happy days catering. Don't worry, they managed to burn the gas station sandwichinside the wrapper also. The massive amount of taxpayer dollars that goes into their catering contract clearly mainlinesdirectly into the pockets of the owners and skips every other step along the way. If we get lucky maybe the salad won't berotton tonight! Read more

We used Happy Day Catering for the OHS class of '59 reunion. We did not want a full sit-down dinner so just ordered veggies,... rolls, and meat. The teriyaki chicken skewers and Swedish meatballs were delicious. Thank you Meg and crew for a job well done. Read more

We used these folks to cater our wedding a year ago and they were top notch. The food was excellent (bacon wrapped meatballs?... yes please!), at a decent price and they had plenty of staff on hand to deal with our wedding guests. They were veryprofessional. I did feel sorry for the poor bartender, we had a late September wedding and it got a little chilly outside, butit was an easy fix to move the bar inside the venue so she wouldn't freeze to death. I'd highly recommend them for any cateringneeds. Read more
