The food is good but every time I come in I have to have them repeat everything they say because the owner is apparently still... forcing the employees to wear masks. How ridiculous and annoying to still have to deal with this kind of mental conditioning andovert political agendas. I just want to eat! And also no outlets to plug in my work iPad so it doesn?t work for lunch as Irequire a charge halfway through the day. Overall a disappointing last visit! Read more
Very very poor customer service they did not acknowledge us not acknowledges for about 10 to 15 minutes. Ask an employee and she... says not my job I'm working drive-through very rude. Definitely need to work on their customer service skills. Read more

Wish I could give this place zero stars. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Made us wait 40 minutes while we watched them clean the... same spots 20x. They completely forgot about us and someone came out after twenty minutes to ask what we ordered then made uswait ANOTHER 20 minutes for our food. I was originally told it'd be a 10-12 minute wait. Staff fully knew we were there lookedat us multiple times. When we FINALLY got our food I told them that I've been waiting 40 minutes she just walked away from me. Read more
The worst Chinese food I have ever had. Fried rice was undercooked, chow mein noodles were dry and overcooked, sesame chicken... was very dry and hard, and the kung pow chicken nearly inedible. Never again. Read more
Hardly ever get it right, any entree with veggies is all veggie and very little meat, serve the bottom of the barrel leftovers... as legitimate entrees? sad place. Pic shows entree AFTER all the meat was eaten? do you see much room for meat here? Read more
My son got orange chicken and chow mein and said it was great (eats at PE back at home a bit). I however ordered the Kung Pao... chicken and fried rice. They only had a little rice left and said it would be 7-8 minutes. I said no problem, I'll wait. While Iwaited (inside) the number of people waiting for their orders with fried rice grew and grew. After 20 minutes more fried ricefinally came out and they were haphazardly filling orders all over the kitchen. I finally had to ask about my order since I wasthe first one waiting. They finally give me my order. And lo and behold I apparently got the last scrapings of the Kung Paochicken and got two tiny pieces of actual chicken. It is 80 percent nuts. What a crapfest. Nice people but my gosh, they act like that chicken is coming out of their paycheck got about half a scoop with a bowl of rice.... Rice isn?t the main course there should be more chicken then rice. I?m assuming the greedy owner tells them to not put muchmeat. Read more
