Pies are always good at Shari's but on this day, my sour cream lemon was a little "shop worn." It had been in the show case a... little too long. Tough whipped cream. On another issue I have always wondered why key lime pie is a seasonal pie. No Shari'semployee has ever been able to answer this. I would like it year round. Read more
I do love Shari's however yesterday was the worst experience I've ever had there. Waitress sat the couple that walked in right... before us at their table. Then turned and walked to a table much further away and started cleaning it. There were definitelytable's open and prepared to seat someone, but I'm assuming they were not her section. Food was up for a patron and she quicklygot the food, looked at us and said she'd get to us when she could, if she could. My friend looked at me and said are youkidding me ... Did she say what I think she said. We both decided to leave we weren't going to suffer through that type ofservice. Her behavior was appalling and can make other customer's not want to return. I'd say the past 5 mo service there hasbeen at a two star level. We've visited several time's and each time has been worse than the last. Food is good but service ishorrible!! Waited 1 hr 40 minutes for breakfast poor experience. Eggs Benedict eggs where not cooked properly. A elderly man made each... table balloon characters. Ended up sick not even 10 minutes after leaving. Pretty says it all. Read more
We were very pleased with both of our recent visits at Shari's here in Lewiston. The food was delicious, & our waitress, Heather... was amazing! She was the only waitress & was friendly, helpful, & continuously checking tables to make sure everyone was takencare of. Best waitress we've ever had! We will definitely be back! Read more

Small portions again I can’t believe sharis has gone down hill this bad and service wasn’t great either. So I am no longer... supporting my local sharis in any state I travel. I believe in supporting local businesses but not this place any more Read more

Hadn't been in a couple years. It's went down in quality. Food was ehh. Fries were old and refried, but tasteless. 2 waitresses,... but only one working at a time. Long waits to be seated, get good, get the check. Place should just shut down if they can't payemployees enough to keep them. Only part of one side of Shari's had people eating, most were waiting on food. Soft drinks weremissing soda, watered down. I don't know if I will be back. It just isn't what it used to be. Main reason we went was to sitdown and relax and the waitresses seemed annoyed to be there. Even the pie was frozen in part. Honestly, the only reason I lefttwo stars? I felt sorry for the waitress.
