Tried the new menu. Something like the Southwest Pepper Melt. Something like that. Seemed like it was just thrown together. None... of the Southwestern sauce was in the sandwich. Usually service is great and sandwiches are neat. I order a meatball marinara almost every time. This time two meatballs were... outside the sandwich. Not fallen out of the end, right in the middle. It only had two globs of cheese right in the middle ofeach half. The cheese was barely in the sandwich. I had to peel it off the wrap. The sauce was EVERYWHERE. All over the wrap,the outside of the sandwich. A few meatballs were burnt and hard like they sat for too long. It was a real disappointment. Read more

Normally the sandwiches are put together very nice but the last 2 times my husband and I went it was sloppy and I switched... sandwiches once I saw the same person there making the sandwiches so I wouldn't get a glob of meat on the sandwich. Maybe trytraining crew better how to fold the meat so the rest of the condiments on the sandwich don't fall off. Read more
