Very rude ???? I really hope one of yall that works here sees this if you don't like working with customers or interacting... please get another job or don't work at all you don't make it friendly. some girl was trying to order and she said can I place atake out order? I ordered a small buffalo chicken pizza. I got box full of hot mess. They put way too much chicken, sauce and cheese. The pizza... did not cook because of all the stuff on it. Also it wasn't sliced. We also ordered meatballs and they were cold. I understandshort staff, tough times, being patient, but this was clown shoes in a box at a high price. Do better Amatos. Read more
This place is just lazy first we tried to call and place an order and they picked up and set the phone down on counter so I... could hear them talking to each waited for 10 mins before hanging so decided to go there and order, got attitude and could tellthey didn't want to be working, then get home and all the food we order was under cooked. Had to finish cooking my son's pizzasince it was still doughy And my husband sausage sub was still pink. Needless to say they won't be getting our business everagain! Read more
Walked in at 19:20 to order and was told my order would take 20-25 minutes and they closed at 20:00. Had a similar experience... with the Lisbon St location. Maybe time for the company to consider monitoring things a little closer to weed out the laziness. Read more
Never got food here, staff said 1/2 hr wait time before they would take our order? but yet my wife and I were the only customers... in the store! The last I knew customers within the store were priority, but apparently not at this location. Read more
When you think of lazy staff at a restaurant you should think of this place. The I heard the staff talking about how they leave... the phone off of the hook so they don?t get to busy. Then when you do get to talk to them on the phone they make it seem like aburden that you called to order food at a restaurant. Foods good but they need to hire some new staff for sure Read more
This used to be a great place with great food. Now the employees are rude and the food is not up to par. One time they had no... pasta! And do you think any employee there could have booked some water and made some??? They didn?t! Another time they DID havepasta and it was so overcooked it was mushy. The most blatant disregard for customer service I've ever received. It took 25 minutes to make an item that has never taken more... than 10. I wasn't told of a delay. The workers were unapologetic and dismissive, and continued to banter among themselves. WhenI finally got my food, it was made wrong and didn't include marinara sauce.
