First time I was unable to finish my burger. It was delicious too!
Have eaten here several times and the food has been consistently delicious. Rich and decadent. Really well done American... BBQ. Service is always solid at Cowbell, but a woman named Holly waited on me most recently. She was above and beyondspectacular at the job. Perfect verbage, knew the menu inside and out, thoughtful ordering questions, and guided us to order inthe way that maximized our enjoyment of the meal. She was instantly present the moment we needed anything and yet was never onceobtrusive. I don't own a restaurant. If I did, I'd be trying to poach the heck out of this server. I'd make her my leadserver/head trainer/etc in a heart beat. If you get the chance to sit in Holly's section, take it. Read more

My favorite restaurant! These guys really set the bar. Not only is everything of the highest quality, but their menu is... fantastic. Bold and unique flavor combinations perfectly highlight the exceptional ingredients. They offer custom burgers, but Istick to their speciality options and I've loved everything I've tried there! They had a great selection of tap beer! Their food was amazing! The reason for the 3 stars was sub par service! We was there... after lunch and the only people in the bar for the most part. Our waitress/bartender would be gone for 10+min at a time hangingout front with her friend. The manager was behind the bar almost the whole time we was there but never said a word or offered toget/help at any point we was there! Read more
I must admit I had high hopes when trying this place for the first time. I had heard many good things about this place. Now my... dinner did taste delicious the steak tips did taste wonderful and we're cooked to my liking. That being said, I was disappointedwith what I got for paying $20.00 for a meal. My girlfriend also ordered a burger which was not cooked to specification(wasordered cooked medium and was as rare as I've ever seen, completely pink all the way through). As far as other factors areconcerned ordering was fast and easy, prices were what was expected from a place like this. Takeout was picked up and deliveredby UberEATS which was fast and I'm glad they participate in using services as such. Staff seemed friendly enough, the food wasprepared in a timely fashion but for the price paid was severely disappointed with what was received. Cowbell might be my new favorite place in the Lewiston/Auburn area. The atmosphere is good, there's plenty of seating. The... draft beer selection is absolutely phenomenal, and the mixed drinks were good. We got the poutine as an appetizer and it wasexcellent, cheese curds and a herbaceous gravy totally took it to the next level. I got a spicy chicken sandwich with baconjam, it was excellent. My friends got various burgers and they were all excellent (sorry it was a larger group and I didn't getto write reviews on each burgers) Seriously, this place exceeded my expectations. I have been to Cowbell twice. I am not a picky eater, and when trying a new place i will sometimes ask my waiter/waitress to... order for me and just surprise me. I did this both times and neither time did i regret it! Yes, their burgers are a littlepricey, but dang they are good! The first visit was with co-workers after work?great place to stop on the way home?they have $4PBRs in cans, which is more my speed, but the cocktails my coworkers ordered looked great. Today i brought my wife and family(both my wife and daughter have celiac). Their burgers prepared with no ill effects, though cross contamination is always aconcern and possible. The waitstaff was knowledgeable about the allergy and indicated that they do not have a dedicated gffryer (always nice to have waitstaff that are this aware of the limitations of celiac). We enjoyed listening to some ?100Proof? Irish folk songs from a local musician while we enjoyed our meal! Read more
