Whoever the owner or top management is needs to start sending more undercover shoppers there just to see how poorly that store... ran by women treats they're costumers its like they try to provoke a violent confrontation but need tp be careful what they wishfor care I can promise you eventually they'll get just what they looking for when they catch the wrong person at the wrong timewho just wants to get they're food n go home then i left n went to auburn n got a totally different vibe n achully felt welcomedunlike your lewiston location of miserable women. They got it right this time. Was disappointed the last 2 times. First time was over salted. Couldn't eat it. The next time for... the first time ever, all the chicken was over cooked and dried out. I gave them a another chance cause I like KFC. Good andjuicy. I know businesses like KFC have been having trouble getting in good people like any other food service. Glad I gave itanother try. Update. Just went again after two weeks and they left out 1 chicken breast on my 3 piece chicken and gave me amashed instead of the Mac and cheese I ordered. And they failed to tell me to take my own straws for drinks. Chicken was goodbut when I called to let them know they messed up my order, all the manager said was to go back to get what I was missing. DoorDasher here. The place looks clean and pretty decent to eat in. One awkward round table is the first thing to greet you upon... entrance. I love getting the chicken tenders here. Drive thru seems to be their priority over dine in or pick up. So if youorder for doordash it would be a wait. Read more
Ordered 16 piece meal, had to ask for the soda it comes with. Only received 3 of 4 sides. Did not get my receipt and the cashier... was snotty to say the least. Hopefully she washed her hands before going back to work after sitting outside smoking. Read more

Service was sub par at best. Dirty tables, All the grubhub employees got service before the people in the lobby. I tried to... order twice only to be interrupted by the KFC/ Taco Bell associate stopping to wait on a grubhub employee while she was takingmy order! Then she decided she was going to hand us off to another associate during the ordering process so she could go dealwith the room full of angry grub hub employees that were waiting a very long time. We also waited about 20 minutes for ourfood. Got all the way home and didn't get my burrito supreme that I payed $5 for. Not impressed! Read more
