My extended family and I went to Marco's for a birthday party. The service was exceptional and the food...I don't know a word to... describe how delicious it all was! We ordered and sampled every appetizer and then each an entrée. We had quite a few take homeboxes! The portions were large and again delicious ???? I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who likes Italiancuisine. Also, they have a parking lot, so no parking on the street. Overall experience 10+ Read more
Really awful. Went with a group of 9, with a reservation days in advance, very empty. We waited over 10 minutes for someone to... seat us when we walked in and that was after ringing the bell and then finally tracking someone down. Took forever for drinks,most non alcoholic. Had to specifically ask for refills or anything we needed. We were provided one basket of bread, one tinybowl of oil for 9 people, we waited AN HOUR AND A HALF for our food to arrive, and I just mean the salad (which was so wilted)and never once were we offered replacement drinks or bread. Then the food arrived and my lasagna was dry but somehow also in apool of sauce. We waited forever for checks, we waited forever for him to come back and just get our cards to pay for themeal! The entire experience sucked, not sure what has happened to this place but it used to be kinda worth the money.. now it'sjust expensive, horrible food with terrible service, a depressing atmosphere and definitely plan to be there for hours. This place was awesome. My Aunt and Uncle had a surprise 50th anniversary party here, we had alot of family and friends who... came. The experience was awesome, the food was great. The staff were so polite. I couldn't have asked for a better place, plusfor us adults the beer selection and drinks were just great. We had the absolute worst service ever. We were seated promptly and greater by our server shortly thereafter. He took our drink... orders and only got 3 out of four orders. When bringing our drinks he he had to be reminded several times about forgetting awine. When the meals came again only 3 out of 4 arrived. We had to remind him of the fourth order and one of our orders wascompletely wrong. We also asked for oil for the bread and never received it even after several reminders. It will be a long timebefore we would consider trying this place again. We voiced our complaint to the hostess and were told they hear this alot butmanagement does nothing. Read more
