We've been eating at Sam's for years. This review is specifically for the downtown, Main Street Lewiston location. The girl... behind the counter who took our order was training a new employee and she did very well with the balance of communicationbetween us placing our order and answering imour questions, plus showing the new employee how to ring in the order properly. Food options are amazing whether it be pizza or subs. Pricing is very good for the portion sizes. Great job and keep up thegood work!! Read more

Great food with a lot of choices. Pasta, sandwiches, specials. A good place to stop and eat, and a good stop to grab pickup for... a quick lunch. Read more
If you are Celiac and you order a gluten-free crust, CHECK YOUR PIZZA before you eat it. They have a habit of giving you a... regular one instead. They do offer a refund which is fine if you hadn't taken a bite, but if you have, absolutely meaningless ifyou consider how much and how long a Celiac can be messed up from eating gluten. Read more
I do like Sam's a lot. I'm sure these times are stressful. Please do try to keep perspective on customer service. I called on my... cell and, from my end, was clearly speaking when I ordered. Somehow, you weren't hearing my voice clearly. There are nicer waysto ask me to repeat myself instead of belching " HELLOHHH!!!!!!" as if I ignoring you. Cell phones can be funky. Ordered tonight because it was suppose to be "pasta night" where some pasta dishes were on sale for cheaper then usual prices.... Their online website said 7.10 for a spaghetti dinner I got charged 9.10 their online website said 4.00 for a pint of spaghettiwith garlic bread I got charged 2.99 for the pint plus 1.99 for the bread( the pint was half way full) I also ordered a 10 inchpizza but what I recieved was a thin crust 6 inch pizza in a 10 inch box. Definitely disappointed. Small portions and pricesvary apparently. Read more
Thought I order sandwich on way home from and get told at 9pm register is closed so we can?t order unless we use a card if ur... running a store u should not be closing a register before closing not everyone has a card. Read more
