The workers have wonderful personalities. They cook with what they have to work with I assume from the look of it. However, the... two star rating is due to Sam's Company's lack of love for food or staff. You can tell there's no care to the menu items. Theemployees have good work ethic, but the food itself that's provided is like being served something from a middle school vendingmachine. Also, 15 minutes = 35 apparently. Read more

My family and I have been going here for years but never again unfortunately. It took over 40 minutes for 2 subs and the staff... was fighting with each other the whole time. when I walked up to the counter to politely ask about my food because they werecalling out order numbers that were past my order I was completely ignored. Sandwich was soaked with oil, pickles were terrible, the quality of the food has gotten worse over the years.
