We were at the winery for a wedding a few weeks ago. Seemed VERY unorganized. The owner was somewhat unpleasant and really made... the time we were there feel like we were not wanted. I have been in 15+ weddings in venues across the US and I would neverrecommend this place to anyone. Hope they are just going through a tough time and can make the next group of people feel greatabout being customers. Read more

a great unknown winery in the middle of the state of Illinois. Great relaxing outside and eating overseeing the land and... vineyards. they have bonfires at select nights. food, music, tv's, full bar inside. Their own signature wines a little to sweetfor me though, might be the area grapes or production. But a must stop for wine enthusiasts to check out. Read more

10 out of 10!! Big Horse Vineyard is an absolutely wonderful experience. We had our dream wedding there! We booked 2 years in... advance and throughout that whole time Big Horse staff was there to help. We chose the platinum package and I tell you it is theway to go! Food was absolutely spectacular, wait and bar staff was fabulous!! Trinity was the absolute best, she was so helpfuland supportive the entire experience and made sure we had everything we needed and beyond.
