Well usually in my experience McDonald's has done well and when they don't they will compensate with a free meal....always... appreciated it's why we return....however this time around me and my girl order our food asked to pull ahead after waiting about5-8 minutes we see an employee walk out and ask the car next to us if they had an order containing certain items they said yesreached thru the bag realizing they had wrong order, so they proceed to let the employee know, after that my lady went andpolitely (yet sternly) inside to let them know of their screw up..so 5-10 minutes later we got our meal...after 20 minutes or sowe had waited no meal ticket or free drink, for the wait or trouble...I'm disappointed for sure of that days service for thefact mc Donald's has great people and staff and management that their service I rate usually as one of the best in town..so Ican only say keep up the service and keep it great plz.
