Staff was rude waited over 30 min for a Happy meal. When ask about where food was. The teenage girl was very rude.
Some of the staff is friendly justin in particular but we waited in the curbside pickup for an hour had to go in and get our... order we checked the bags and 3 quarters of our order wasn't there went back in and got some more of our stuff but we didn't gethalf of it Read more

Fast food? No. They have a new drive through system that puts you around to the entrance where you are forgotten for 10 minutes.... When you drive around to ask about your order, then its right there waiting for you, but without any napkins, condiments, orsalt and pepper. Extra pickles is $0.30 extra. That's $0.10 per pickel on a Quarter Pounder! The District Manager shoulddefinitely send in the secret shoppers. This place is a shambles. Read more

1. Could not get a receipt with my order because? the receipter ain?t working? 2. We were the only ones in the lobby eating and... our food was lousy. . Fries were like ice and the burger was cold. 3. Could not find a child?s booster seat any where Asked forjuice and apples with the happy meal. Was told they didn?t have either. 4. Trash was over flowing. 5. Mess on the drinkcounter. 6. No toilet paper on any rolls and what paper was there was laying on the floor. This was a total disappointment. Food is always cold but we always have to pull around and wait for it. Ordered using mobile app but still had to wait 20 minutes... for our food when we got there but yet still cold. Made no sense. No cars in the drive-thru behind us but still made us pull theother side of the building and wait for someone to bring our food out.
