The China Wok Experience (Call In/Pick-Up Edition). Today I cheated on my favorite Chinese restaurant. Instead, I wanted to... taste what else was out there. As you know, all Chinese restaurants are not the same nor prepare their food the same way. So Iplaced an order for their lunch scallion chicken extra spicy with an egg roll. Whomever I spoke with was pleasant on thephone. Once arriving at the restaurant, my order was ready, and once home, my food was excellent. My chicken wasn't soggy andweighed down by sauce but was crunchy and had the proper bite. It triggered something and took me back to my childhood when Ifirst fell in love with Chinese food.
