Unfortunately both pizzas we ordered had bases that were like cardboard, even potentially old dough. There was no flavor and one... pizza was so greasy you could hardly hold a slice in your hand. Out of two large pizzas, only 3 slices were eaten. Read more
One star?only because I had to choose. Ordered their new ?Edge? pizza online. I kept a screenshot to verify what I had ordered.... It was prepared nothing like I had ordered. They definitely do not understand how to dress the two sides differently. It wasovercooked with very little tomato sauce and cheese. I called and spoke to the person who identified themselves as manager. Iexplained my issues, and her response was ?thank you?. I caught her in time to say, "What, no apology?" She claimed sheapologized in the beginning, but I was explaining the issue to her the entire conversation until I paused at the end expectingan apology. I will not order from this Pizza Hut again. If this keeps up; I do not understand how they will stay in business. Atthe very least, we should have been comped another pizza at a later time. Place an online order for quick dinner after work, app shows order ready but in store was still working on it?, it must be a... busy hour.. Instead of complaining I waited for about 15-20 min.. not sure why that happen, their warmer storage is full oforder items unfortunately the place is run only by 2 staff and my initial impression when I got inside seems like theres a walkout strike, see the picture.. a lady voice was exclaiming to hold for a minute, and I wonder where that voice came from. Rarely ready on time... And if you get a pepperoni pizza or something then it'll probably be cooked correctly but if you have... anything like supreme or meat lovers I can almost guarantee you that your dough will be undercooked and the meat will hardly bewarm. As you can see on the picture the onions and bell peppers don't even look Brown door burnt on the edges and the pepperoniat the bottom is still uncooked.. and for some odd reason my stomach is almost always tore up the next morning like playingRussian roulette with your toilet...
