Important to note this is only my second negative review. Since the night crew continues to misbehave, I want to reflect what... happened last night on April 20th. I walked in and the girl immediately said "We can not make you any hot sandwiches because weare about to close " I asked "what time do you close" She replied 8:00pm and I said "it is 7:45pm" I only want a 6 inch to go". No smile and no apology as if I was a nuisance. I've always suspected unusual behavior with the night shift who should be testedfor substance . I will never visit this location ever again. I don't know if they had problems tonight. I pulled up front to the restaurant, it was 5:45. Lights were on. I got out of my... car to go in. Restaurant was totally dark inside. I thought maybe I they had ran out of menu items and had to close. I wasleaving went Thur the round about. Looked back over at restaurant, the lights were back on. Needless to say....if you need toclose early, put a sign on the door. Do not turn the lights off when the customer gets ready to walk inside. Or, betteryet....come to the door and "Sorry we had to close early". Something professional. Anything other than looking like yourhiding so you do not have to do your job!!! Read more
Not sure I will visit this one again. NONE of the workers were wearing masks at all and every other Subway I?ve been to around... Winston, all the workers wear masks so not sure what the policy is. They are very slow, and not friendly as if you are burdeningthem to order 1 sandwich. I will skip this one and go to Clemmons next time. This location has gotten worse over the past yearor so, poor customer service. Read more
Smaller Subway store in an older shopping center on Lewisville in a great location with easy access from both north and... southbound US 421 and Shallowford Road. Every time I order online they prepare my subs wrong/don?t toast them. I usually order either a footlong or 2 6inch, I?ll eat... half/one 6inch and save the rest for later. When they aren?t toasted the bread gets soggy though and it?s a complete waste ofmoney. Also concerned by the reviews of the works not wearing masks. Read more
