After waiting by the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes. I called out hello. Was told he was too busy to take my order. There was... no one in front of me in drive through and there weren?t any cars in the parking lot. Next time put out a cone in drive throughand why keep someone waiting 5 minutes without acknowledging them? Felt like I wasn't supposed to come inside but they didn't lock the door. Quickly locked it after I came in. Ordered my food,... ate, then had to ask to be let out. Weird. Food was good though. Read more
About 9 p.m., I drove up to window and ordered Bacon Swiss BURGER combo with Dr Pepper. I received COLD chicken sandwich with... American cheese, very little lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. What was the issue??? I was the only customer at the drive-thru orin the dining room. I tried to call the phone number on the receipt and it would not ring through. Was the phone disconnected?? I despise this location!!! Its terrible! NOBODY in there speaks English properly so there's ALWAYS a miscommunication! Then when... you go inside because you don't want to waste 15 minutes trying to explain what you want and that you you want to use coupo s,they just walk up to the counter (if they're not busy on their phone in the corner) and just stare at you! This place never gets the order right many times forgets to fill it properly. I am not sure if it's a franchise or cooperate. ... Either way needs major changes . I like burger King but unfortunately this I the only one somewhat closer to where I live . Pretty decent customer service, impossible Whopper was fresh and fast! This is one of the better BKs I been to!
The food was good. The menu display wasn't working for the combo meals 1 -5. No napkins or straws near drink station. Bathroom... sink was extremely dirty. Read more
Absolute worst Burger King I?ve ever been to. 99% of the time if I go around 8/9 the will not be open. I went yesterday at 8 and... sat at the ordering area for about 3 minutes no one said anything I went to the window and there were girls in there sitting onthe phone and one came and unlocked the window and said ?the manager isn?t here yet? and closed the window.
