Waitress was pleasant. Food was good. However, the waitress/server only appears to take your order. ?Runners? bring it to your... table. Unfortunately, the runners have no idea who ordered what. Why doesn?t the server maintain responsibility for bringing thefood to the table? I can?t tip the runners, who seem to bear the lion?s share of responsibility for my meal. Strange. Read more
While I?m a big chili fan and frequent this one as it?s close to my house I will say that the bartender that was working on the... evening of 10.09.22 was awful. Worst customer service ever. We sat at the bar. We wasn?t greated, had to ask for menus. When thebartender took my drink order my sister was still looking at the menu. She made my drink and gave it to me and then walked awayand never asked my sister if she had decided what she wanted. The manager happen to come by and I expressed the problem to her.Once my sister got her drink we finally ordered. Once the food came we were never checked on. My sisters drink ran out half waythrough the meal and not once did she offer or ask if she wanted another one. She never checked on us, asked if we neededanything the whole time we were there. When we was leaving I expressed to my sis that this was the worst customer service I hadever experienced at this place. The bartender overheard me and proceeded to raise her voice and be very disrespectful in frontof all the customers. She even called me trash loudly in front of customers. I asked for the manager who could have cared lessand didn?t address the issue at all just said she would talk to her. How UNPROFESSIONAL are these two and definitely shouldn?tbe in customer service. I spent $100 in there but will definitely be taking my money to a different chilis from now on . Read more

There's a lot to say about this location! Roaches & Bad Service! First I enter the location hostess never spoke just look at me... and grab menus and proceed to walk to a table by the door. I said No greeting? He said oh I'm sorry it's been a long day...Ithen stated you don't even know how many guests. He said 3 because 2 other people was with me, I said no it's 5 they are on theway. He then changed our table grab more menus. After all this, other guest arrived we sat to the table and waited very long toeven be ask about drinks.... finally waitress came brought drinks. As we were viewing the menu a baby roach came crawling acrossthe table. I then told the manger about the service that we received and told the waitress and the manager about the roach theyact as it was normal. They were like ok. We left. Bad Service & Roaches. The baby back ribs are incredibly tender, and the staff is super nice. Great place to take relatives at.
Order take out from here often and they are usually on point. 3 for $10 is a steal. Chips and salsa, with a meal and a... drink! Today we got the burger and the Cajun chicken pasta and it was all fire. Had to drop a review cuz it was all perfect. Read more
Great food and service. We went there at lunch time today and there's no waiting in line. They even have a robot that took us to... our table. When you sit at your table there's a QR code on the table where you scan it with your phone and the menu will bedisplayed on your phone. We ordered their $8 lunch menu and it includes a soup or salad with the main dish. Great value for yourmoney and our server was great. They have a tablet on each table where you have the option to pay through the tablet withouthaving to wait for the server to give you the bill. Very convenient and fast.
