Staff is great! Just stopped to get a bowl even though normally food is good it was very flavorless. The rice, beans and new... steak had no salt at all. A bit disappointed. Both my husband and I had to spit out a couple of slices of meat as they wherevery tough. Read more
The customer service was great. They could clean the counter tops more frequently.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My 2 year old sometimes goes all day without eating and at the end of the day he wants Chipotle.... It's the only food he'll eat some days and we visit them VERY often but this specific location was our fist time. Theemployees/manager didn't care to accommodate our request and said I should pay extra for any substitutions. My boy doesn't havethe chips, fruit or drink on the kids meal, but instead he likes tomatoes and sour cream. The employees fussed about doing thechanges, charged extra for 1 spoon of tomatoes, 1 spoon of sour cream, and no drink on our order. Chipotle consistently gets it right. This location gets it right. Near the Bustling Intersection of the Interstate 35 &... Highway 121, this is the spot for everyone's perfect meal. You are the chef. And you are most likely a very smart & beautifulchef, may I add? You get the choice of choice ingredients to your very specification. If you want to be healthy? Fine. If youwant it to taste good, but don't mind the calories? Fine. You get to choose. And isn't that what we all want? This location isprobably one of the more spacious and wide open places in the portfolio of Chipotle. Plenty of outdoor seating. So. You can'tgo wrong. Go alone or bring friends. I have always had a great experience when it comes to Chipotle. Usually the only things that kills it for me is cleanliness,... items stocked, wait time and quantities and quality of food served as well and service. I'd say this location is pretty good inall except quantity. This location gives slightly less portions in protein and all other toppings. Not sure why... But they'reconsistent at it. Another Update 10/19/22: Tried again. Order was right...rice was cooked. But there's one thing that is really annoying: in all... of my orders this year, the rice has had very little or absolutely no lime. The lime is more than just a random ingredient; it'sa necessary acid to amplify all of the other flavors. Hopefully one day I'll take my own advice and stop getting food from here.Freebirds has more flavor now, which is just sad. Update 09/10/22: Recently I've tried to give this location a chance again.For the most part, food was alright and at least the orders were accurate. I will say, that is not what chipotle guacamoletastes like. Today however, we received rice so uncooked that many grains were actually painful to chew. I continue to notrecommend this location. Previous review: After 10 years of going to this location...I now go out of my way to the one on I-35or pay 10$ more, yes, they're that bad now, to order from another city. The old staff is still great, chef is always on top ofit. But over half the people who actually attend customers have issues.
