I love this Cracker Barrel! They are homely and the food and waiters and waitresses have been fantastic for the 10+ years I have... been eating here. Some of their portions sizes have been reduced over the years but not in a bad way. Their menu is more pricefriendly than most places with better quality food. Think Texas home cooked meal but in a restaurant. That is this CrackerBarrel. I've only had one problem most recently being accommodated for an appropriate sized table. My family of 5 and myselfhaving obvious physical medical equipment, we called ahead to assess space and seating along with wait times so we could planaccordingly. We had been assured that everything would be taken care of and that there was no wait. Surely as promised there wasno wait! However, we were seated at a table far too small for us to be at ease. After two requests to be moved to a larger tablewe were offered a smaller table which made no sense, and then offered the same sized table in a different location. Seeing as tohow it was dinner hour at around 6pm we were confused as to why we were restricted from proper seating. We stayed and hurriedthrough our meal as it was getting late, and the drive alone to an equally desired restaurant was far. The food was great justthe seating was uncomfortable. After eating we enjoyed all of the beautiful decorations throughout the little country store upfront. They have a variety of things from candies to kids toy gifts and at this time of year they have winter selections fromsweater to trees and really things you wouldn't have even thought you needed but just absolutely love. (Good place to shop ifyou have the extra money to spend!) We adored this one decoration stand in particular. Very cute and animated! Read more

Lots of great new dishes have been added to the menu. The fried pickle chips came out hot and crispy. My chicken took a little... extra time but was flaky, moist, fresh, and so juicy! To top it all off, Joe (the waiter) was so attentive and knowledgeable ofthe new menu items available despite being new! Keep up the great work Joe and thank you! Read more

The food was great for such a modest price! I ordered the "mother's breakfast," the image attached. It came with 3 pancakes, 2... eggs and 3 strips of bacon. Thoroughly enjoyed and only cost $9.99. My friend ordered the chicken tenders. I tasted thechicken tenders and though they were slightly burnt, they had great flavor and surprisingly tender. They had a help wanted signand although our server was friendly,. We often had to wait a long time for drink refills. When we were first seated, a serverwas never assigned to us so we waited about 10 min before someone came to ask "have you been helped?" When we said "no," thestaff member rolled her eyes and ran to the back, and then we received a server. Bathrooms really needed some work too as thetrash can was overflowing and there was trash on the floor. All in all, I will definitely come back but won't be my firstchoice. If you haven't been, definitely try it! 07/09/2022 visit: This time I went in the morning for breakfast on Saturday.My server was very kind and very attentive and we receded quickly although they seemed very busy. We didn't have to wait longfor our food or for service at all this time and the food was ok. The loaded sweet potato was missing the pecans and it wasn'tuntil after we were received and inquired about the missing pecans were we told they were out. The biscuit gravy was bland. Whenever we received our drinks, a water and an ice tea, the cups smelled like a dog water bowl. When I told our server thedrinks smells, he quickly apologized and smelled it himself and was horrified at how bad it stank! Great food and a large selection on the menu to select from. Service was good, with no crowd for dinner on a Friday! The... atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, and with evening temperatures in the 50?s they had a big fire in the fireplace. Evengot some of the super sized tootsie rolls. Read more
