So our household loves firehouse subs. We've been to multiple locations in dfw. This location I ordered our usual and it was 70%... skimpier in ingredients and it was a horrible mess. Gave 2 stars for the fact that my order was ready on time and there was alady in there who was nice. They were also using a shop vac in there and it was noisy, but that's probably bc it was rainingalot. Usually I'm sitting and eating and super happy. But this one was a disappointment. Restaurant smelled bad and was dirty, then when we got home with our to-go order they had forgotten one of our sandwiches. We... called in for them to take the charge off our card and the manager argued with me saying we were lying, then refused to refundour cards unless we drove all the way back in. Read more
I ordered food today for a business meeting for about 40 people. The manager, Rocio was absolutely awesome. She took my order,... walked me through the options for food & drinks. Walked in and was greeted by a nice young man then my order was taken and in about 5-7 minutes my order was ready it was... delicious and the lady there confirmed I wanted no onions. Everyone was nice and the food was great! Read more
In a nut shell, the staff began cleaning at 5 oclock on a Sunday with strong smelling and harsh chemicals just as customers... including my self sat to eat. They were asked to stop or wait till after customers had finished meals and refused. The door wasopened to allow for ventilation but the fumes lingered. typically order for delivery but decided to stopped in. The mostconcerning part is that these were used in the food prep and sandwich making areas as well, i barely trust you to make asandwich now I know you have access to cleaning supplies of this strength, bad mix! Me and my boyfriend went to your location at 2325 S. Stemmons FWY. STE308 Lewisville tx. We came into the store at 4:51pm,... Order#322395. I?m ALLERGIC to onions, So I asked for No Onions or tomato?s on my Bacon Ranch sandwich. Then asked for noonions,Tomato?s or mustard on my Club on a sub. We waited 25-30 minutes for our food! There were 4 employees on shift, and wewere the ONLY CUSTOMERS! We finally get our food, and there?s onions on both sandwiches along with multiple other things wrong.So we take it back, and My boyfriend tells them IM ALLERGIC to onions. WE WAIT ANOTHER 15-20 minutes for our food and when weget them back THERE ARE ONIONS ON THE SANDWICH! I come to this location quite frequently and have never had any problems. Usually this place has good subs and the people are friendly but tonight it seemed the staff couldn't care less and the subs... were ...... excuse the pun....... but sub par. I hope that what ever the issue tonight was isn't an issue everyday from now on. I'll be back with fingers crossed it was a one time deal. Read more
