I like Jersey Mike's sandwiches but I don't understand their service model. If I walk into an empty store, I don't see why I... have to stand in line behind 2 online orders, they have a second service area that is ALWAYS EMPTY AND UNUSED, I don't likewaiting behind invisible people while I standing there just wanting one sandwich. This also happens everytime I get behind oneperson and they order 6 sandwiches. It shouldn't take 30 minies to wgt a sandwich when only one person is in line in front ofme. Read more

By far one of the best locations. I came here for lunch and was taught something new on how to build my sandwich and let me just... tell you, I will be ordering from here more. This location is great, however we always have to rush there to get our food. I think since covid, they are not keeping regular... hours. Which kind of stinks since those of us back at our offices can barely get there in time. My comment is the service isgood, but this location fails to listen to "orders". The last few times we have ordered subs and asked for no oil an vinegar,but when we get home the bread was soaked with it. Everything else was good, but the last thing I want is wet bread on a sub. 1st visit to this location on the way home. We took advantage of a coupon to split one hot sandwich to eat there and brought one... cold one home. Great bargain. Staff was handling rush of customers for Sat lunch. Well done. Read more
Ordered via the app as we were driving. We both had #13 customized to our respective likings. Both of our sandwiches were... PERFECT! An awesome sandwich from Jersey Mike's!!! I went into store location to pick up our order. Both gentlemen at thecounter area were courteous and helpful. I asked for extra napkins since we were driving, and they gladly filled myrequest. The sandwich was ok, good portions as the giant size made a good lunch and took the other half home for dinner.
