Made a large order online for pick-up. Showed up 5 minutes early, no employees acknowledged me and order wasn't in pick-up bin,... so I left after a couple minutes and came back 7 minutes after pick-up time. Order still not in pick-up bin and employeescontinue to ignore me as I wait at the register. Decide to double-check my email to make sure I have the right location. Emailsays "1288 MAIN ST, LEWISVILLE, TX 75067" which I then put into Google maps, which is a location 15 minutes away. Get frustratedthat I went to the wrong location, drive there, see it's a soccer field, look back at the Google maps and see the Little CaesarsI was at was "1288 W Main St, Lewisville, TX 75067", so apparently that W makes a difference, so it would be nice if the emailincluded it. Drive back to original location, still no order in pick-up bin, wait at register. Someone finally comes up and Iask about an order under my name, he shrugs and says it should be in the bin, then starts talking to a different customer. Seesomeone putting an order in the bin, so I ask if it has my name on it, he shakes his head. Wait for other customer to finish,but the other employee pulls out my order from a bin behind the counter, places it on the counter and looks at me, then walksaway. Order looks like the right number of items, so I take it and leave, only to find out they had replaced my two orders ofbreadsticks with a pepperoni pizza. The staff was amazing....... Everything else was at the complete opposite end of the spectrum. I ordered bread sticks and they... were completely doughy on the inside and they were completely colorless and anemic. At the bottom of the paper bag was an oilymess. It was almost like they dumped an oily butter substitute on the "bread sticks" after they were in the bag. The containerof sauce was about a 1/3 full, unlike the photos posted in their app. The pizza..... I looked decent, if you like pepperoni. Iate half a slice 4 hours ago and I can still smell and taste nothing but garlic. Save your money and go somewhere else forpizza....... Stop in and buy a beverage or anything else and say hi to my friend with the lashes..... She's the only reason I'dgo back. Read more
Absolutely the worst experience ever. Very rude. Burned my pizza, refused to replace pizza and stated they were new and did not... know how to give money back. I used to go to this store when I lived in Lewisville and never experienced the disrespect. Theyclosed the store before closing hours and was still selling pizzas but would not replace mine. I no longer live in Lewisvilleand was visiting family. I will never support this store again unless people are trained and exercise customer service, respectand represent the great company they are employees for. Times are hard and it?s not easy what they do. I respect that. Howeverthe experience I had is the absolute worst and there is no excuses for that. Read more
Possibly the worst pizza I've ever had, the crust was so overcooked it was like a stale cracker. It was so bad I can't eat it, a... total waste of money. The only positive I could give was the lady behind the counter was nice. Read more
If you are looking to have a little family time with quick pizzas to munch on, I recommend to stay away from this location. It's... a waste of time. The current staff have no respect for paying customer's. They do not respect food handling procedures (nogloves, hair nets) got home our pizza wasn't even cut into slices. We got sold an uncooked pizza still with flour on the crust.! Read more

You can order on the app and there?s no... need to even interact with anyone if you don?t want to although all the staff I?ve ever encountered, have been extremelyfriendly and helpful. Enter store, pizza heating units have customer names above to show which unit your order is in. Use yourbarcode from placing order, scan it, door opens, grab your pizza and leave!
