I was able to place my order without waiting in line, they brought my food to me quickly, and I really enjoyed how crisp the... bacon was on my burger. The drive thru line was bad but it had no effect on the service that I received. Read more

Terrible customer service. I simply wanted my fries seasoned like they?re supposed to but that was too much for them to... understand for 1 due to the language barrier and then the manager got frustrated because he couldn?t understand this simplerequest. Shook his head at me, very unprofessional. If they had just salted the fries like they were supposed to in thebeginning none of this would have happened. I saved you guys a long write up but I went through the drive thru four times beforeI came up with the solution myself. ???????????. Never going back there bye. The employee in the front was a mean man very annoyed with my coworker. Didn?t want to help me use my coupons. He also rushed my... service. Very unfriendly person and I come to this McDonald?s a lot before work. Never coming back. Get better people to startthe day. Read more

Always dependable & good. The staff needs to watch the homeless people better in there. We saw a man take a soda cup out of the... trash & get free fountain drinks, which is unsanitary. Read more

My friend and I stopped in for breakfast. My friend, who has difficulty reading, was treated somewhat rudely when he asked... someone to take his order at the counter. I used the kiosk, but was treated similarly when I requested milk for a drink optionas I could not locate it on the kiosk choices for beverages. It seemed as if every employee was solely focused on taking careof those in the drive thru and not those who walk into the establishment. Needless to say it is unlikely that we will return tothis particular McDonald's restaurant. Read more

At the drive through I ordered a senior large cup of coffee. The amount was apprx. 2.50. I was not told the senior coffee was... a small size and small was 1,00 plus tax. When I got to the window, I asked the cashier -who spoke POOR English - why so muchmoney? She explained the size difference. OK, I said. Cancel the large and I will take two small cups senior size. I hadalready paid the 2.50. so just give me the refund amount. Well. She looked at the money, looked at me, looked at the drawer andpaused. Then she took money out of the drawer after the transaction and handed it to me. I apologized for the order error. Shesaid nothing but just shut the window in my face. Moral? Make sure you ask before you order because the service sucks. BTW -the cups were 2/3 full and barely hot - I will not go back. I lost a couple of bucks but it lost a customer. Read more
