Went to this McDonald's location on October 29th at 2:45pm and I can't say how rude the second window person was that handed us... our food. When you are told thank you its nice to say something back or smile at least. The female employee just handed the bagto us and never acknowledged we were even there. Very poor service. Don't come to this location late night. That's when they make their own rules. The system is always "down" so they don't have to... take customers. Regardless of the fact that you place your order online. It's advertised as 24 hours but the employees refuse towork their shift. Read more
Worst customer service. The lady on the drive threw speaker must of had on her mind what she expected me to get, because I... repeated myself numerous times trying to get a simple $3 bundle. I pull up to get my food, the lady hands me the bag and closethe window. I'm aware a lot of drive threw windows are on timers, but I'm sure it doesn't take much time to make sure thecustomer is satisfied; by the way, I did need condiments. Amazing how this McDonald always has their computers freeze or restart when they are close to closing. Only when a group of guys... are working does this happen. And they are forever saying the computers are restarting for almost 2 hours around 1:30 - 2:30 inthe morning. When the ladies are working they always have fast excellent service. Read more
Thought this was funny. Someone put this burger together in a hurry lol. Also came In with a 1 year old and they didn't have any... high chairs...thought that was weird. Overall, good experience...except for the one year old on my lap lol. Read more
I'd stay away from the new chicken sandwich, I ordered the spicy, and it came without pickles or sauce and was super thin. Just... get a hot n spicy imo. Read more
Crispy fries. Service was quick. They even asked if I needed sauces. This place has improved.
The employees are always friendly when I come here, but I have to knock off a star for the new interior. The old interior used... to be so cozy and comfy (see the pics), now it just has the same sterilized modern minimalist look that is more reminiscent of abathroom instead of a restaurant. Read more
