I moved to TX in February of 2021 and I live near the Carrollton/Plano area which has questionable/terrible reviews for all the... Pizza Huts in the surrounding areas. The ratings were mostly below a 3.5 which is very off-putting, so I figured I'll neverorder from Pizza Hut while in the Carrollton/Plano area (lol it's that serious!). I stopped by this Lewisville location on myway from a dentist appointment & idk if I caught them at the right time or what but my pizza was PERFECT! The young lady whotook my order was very nice and inviting, and she made sure that I had all the condiments that I needed. I had to take a pictureof my pizza because it looked so good lol this review is about a month late but I wanted to make sure that I gave this locationtheir props! Been years but just like I remember.
Excuse the icing. I flipped it on the ground right after I walked out the door smh but I love this Pizza Hut!! The staff here... is always nice and smiling which speaks volumes to the management team and work environment. Amber is awesome and a great assetto the team! Thank you for everything you do. New Pizza Hut location has a dining room and for lunch they have a combo deal that includes a 1 topping 9" pizza and 20oz soft... drink for just $5 everyday 11am to 4pm. Lots better then the old place! Read more
Just received my pizza from the new location and I am surprised to say everything was excellent and perfectly cooked. I had... more pizzas that than the one pictured below but I just wanted to show how excellent it looks because I honestly have never seenthat. I hope this service stays with the new location.
