I went in today as a Secret Shopper. I sat for about 5 mins before greeted for my pickup order. The person who took the order... stated DRINKS came with the order, when I got there I was charged for it. The manager insisted that it was me who misunderstood.Wherever you go kids meal usually come a drink. She then proceeded to ask if the drink while waiting that I didn?t want to becharged for was it and she took the Coke and sat it at the end of the bar!! So I reiterated, the person whom you say takesorders all the time DID NOT offer me the drinks even he said my order comes with drinks, he did not tell me just in case thecoke will be an extra fee, I already started drinking it because you guys are understaffed and we were waiting, now because youtaking the charge off you took the drink back??? She did finally give it back after I made a point about it. My toast was instyrofoam container with other food so it was soggy from the heat of the food. They did not supply us with plastic ware. And to top it off I found a hair in my food ???? by far my worst experience EVER and I?ve been coming for years! Read more
Pricey for what you get. Chicken platter (5pc) was $12.99 catfish platter (4 pcl was $14.99. Each came with half an ear of corn,... wl2 hushpuppies & seasoned fries. A mug of mich ultra is $8.50 which is a crazy high price. Service was great. We went @ 11:30on Saturday and there was hardly anyone else eating. Read more
This brand is always a winner. Food always tastes fresh and the service is good. At this location tonight we got in and seated... with no problem. Our food came out quick as well. The patio looks like a cool place to hang out when it cools off. Read more
A little hidden right off I-35, the restaurant is situated next to a retention pond. There's outdoor seating with fans blowing... cool mist in the summer, but we opted for indoor seating, which there was plenty of. There are nice, large windows so you canlook down and it's honestly a bit scenic. We ordered the fried seafood basket, jambalaya pasta, and chicken pasta (not sure ofits exact name). Everything was good. I had different expectations for the jambalaya but it wasn't bad. They were also veryaccommodating with a seafood allergy situation that we had, and the workers were nice.
