We went in on a Monday for a team bd lunch and it seemed like it was closed bc lights were off and hardly any cars in the lot.... But it was opened, we were seated right away but the server was not friendly or customer service oriented. One person asked fora refill and she took off before someone else asked. She made three separate trips because of this. Food was good though. Read more

Zero stars if we could for zero decent service, zero atmosphere, zero cleanliness, and just an all around what the heck happened... to Red Lobster?? Or at least to this one? We dined there a week ago, after some time of not going to a Red Lobster, reallylooking forward to some of our favorites. The restaurant was almost empty as we were seated by a corner window. Next to trashon the floor. (Our waitress walked by those pieces of trash many times and never bothered to stop and pick them up.) Thewaitress was, well, less than congenial. Perhaps she didn't smile much because she was missing a front tooth, I don't know. Dental work can be expensive, but we have worked in that business before, and would not put people (or ourselves) out to meetthe public in that situation. However, the poor woman couldn't help that, but she could help her service, which wasnon-existent. After taking our orders, she disappeared for a long, long time before bringing our drinks of water and iced tea,and then disappeared even longer to bring our soup and salad. My spouse discovered why we were waiting so long when he went tothe restroom: she was sitting in the back eating her own dinner. Finally, our food came. My shrimp scampi and scallops (thesewere tiny baby scallops, should have been noted somewhere; I would have been happy with just a few normal sized scallops insteadof a dozen miniscule chickpea sized scallops) were floating in a melted butter substance. Folks, that ain't butter, which willcongeal after a certain time. Makes you wonder what is going into your body. My husband was enjoying his shrimp feast, exceptthat it was more pasta than shrimp. But he did seem to enjoy. We always love the cheddar biscuits. We had to flag thewaitress down for more biscuits, but she did bring them, she was so busy (not). Remember, there were only a few tables. In themeantime, we were watching out our window as people would park, come to the front door, try to open it, an Read more

I was very pleased at the new management and how they are handling guest service. I had an issue with my order and it was taken... care of politely and promptly. Please give your servers and bartenders a break, most establishments are short staffed and doingtheir best to accommodate our coveted eating out habits:) Read more

Absolutely ridiculous. When we first walked in we were barely acknowledged and the place wasn’t even busy at all. When the... waiter finally came we ordered are drinks and food. Drinks came out fine than about 15 min later the bread with no salad. Thewaiter rushed off before we can say anything. An hour into this fiasco our food finally comes out and still no salad which Iaddressed so he said he was going to go get it, fine. Well when we started to eat all the food was cold like if it was sittingthere for a while and no one brought it out. That was it at that point we got up and left safe to say we will never be returningto this location anytime soon. Read more

After not being greeted properly with a smile, a joyful welcome, and seated for about 15 minutes without waitstaff taking our... order, our waiter finally came by and apologized for the wait. The manager also came by and gave us a free appetizer of ourchoice for having to wait along with another apology. From that moment on, our waiter made sure every need was met. It was, after all, my birthday dinner (a few days early). Read more

Definitely not the Red Lobster quality it once was. First time visiting this location. Crazy how large this one is. We had just... sat down and hadn't even had a chance to open the menu when our waitress introduced herself and immediately asked us what wewanted to order(drink and food). Felt a little rushed and we were there way before closing time... The food was decent, but theexperience just wasn't the Red Lobster experience I've always had in the past. Read more

Typical Red Lobster, the Chevy of seafood fare. Very empty on a Monday at 6:30 all you can eat shrimp day. We started with the... stuffed mushrooms that were very good. The rolls are still as good as I remembered. The clam chowder was thin and tasteless. The coconut shrimp were very large and good with a refreshing tarter. The other shrimp types were good also. Service wasquestionable and cleanliness was ok. Read more
