Pumpkin caramelicious, very yummy and well balanced. Maple drinks are underwhelming and too subtle for my liking. Sugar cookies... are HUGE and perfect (crunchy ring and soft center and iced) Quick, polite, and in a great location. Read more
I first tried Scooter?s about a month ago completely unplanned; we were just driving past it and felt compelled. I?m so glad we... did give it a try because it truly is amazing. The first time, I got an iced matcha latte which I was very pleased with. Thistime again, I didn?t know there was one near, so we just had to stop again. I was really eager to try their pumpkin spicedcoffee, but sadly, it was all out. Instead I got a Chai latte with almond milk, as I always do. It is a passion of mine toreview chai lattes from as many coffee shops as possible. With that, I?d say I?m pretty knowledgeable in what makes a great Chailatte, and I?m happy to say that this is honestly up there in my top 3. I?d even say this is my favorite one of all time. I?m sosad there isn?t a location closer to my house because I?d be there every day. Next time, I?ll make sure to ask for easy ice, soI can get as much drink as possible. This Scooters location just opened up and it is amazing, I am totally hooked on the Blended Caramelicious! What really stands... out here is the incredibly kind and friendly service I?ve received from every employee and manager I?ve interacted with. Forjust a quick drive-thru I find that very impressive! Had such a great first experience at this new location! The staff members were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. The gal... that took my order (my new best friend) made the perfect drink suggestion when I couldn?t make a decision. I regret not gettinganyones names but thank you so much for being awesome and keep up the great work!! P.S. if you?re indecisive like me, the largemaple vanilla iced latte with pumpkin cold foam on top and an extra shot was the perfect choice :) Read more

Honestly I was so excited to try this place. I am in Arlington so none close to me. The drinks looked great and sound good in... pictures and descriptions. Sadly I did not like it. My order consisted of 1 medium coldbrew and 2 cake pops. First thing I haveto say is they are sooo expensive. I paid almost $14 for my order of just that. The coffee had no flavor to me and the fact ofit being so tiny for a medium drink. The cold brew comes black so any cream, flavor, foam costs extra. They advertised pumpkincream cold brew but I didn't realize it came completely black nothing added. Hence all the extra charges. Alone I still paidalmost $8 just for the tiny coffee. The cake pops are cake balls so no stick as one would assume so very messy if eaten in thecar as they are refrigerated so they started sweating from all the condensation. My girls did not like them very much. Onlyupside is they are a great size. Overall I will not be back sadly. Customer service was great but not the coffee or price I washoping for. Read more
