This place gets worse by the day. I ordered Chili Cheese Tater Tots Onion's and Jalepenos. Where is the Chili? It looks like a... half of teaspoon of Chili is on like 3 tots only and the rest just dry. Every since Dave left this place has gone down. Everytime I go there its an issue with my order. I'm taking the next STEPS with this complaint. I have to go to Carrollton or on Mainstreet for my order to be right. I'm Afraid to look at my foot long coney. ???????????????????????????????? Well the good news, it's apparently consistent from store to store. The bad news is, what's consistent is that sonic is useless.... Waited for a while yet again after pushing the button and was never even greeted so I left.... Can't tell you how many timesI've had to leave a sonic location empty handed before, it's wild. This is probably the 5th slow-to-no service I've receivedfrom sonic locations IN A ROW!!! Either someone in corporate needs to rain down with some real standards like ASAP or you guysmight as well shut down your chain. Everyone I talk to says the same thing about sonic... If you could get food there in adecent amount of time, people might actually risk stopping here to eat more. Not doing it again, and at this point, will bereminding others. Read more
Reposting due to the management of this location having my honest review about my experience at this location deleted.... Unfortunately deceptive business practices as such; are illegal and violate the Consumer Review Fairness Act. It also interfereswith consumers right to make an Informed decision before engaging with any operating business. I will not be silenced about theunprofessional and aggressive treatment I received today. I will be reporting each review removed, in an attempt to conceal thetrue ratings of this franchise. I have been a patron of this location for well over 10 years. I would like to speak to thefranchise owner. The GM of this location is going to be the reason you lose business. She?s extremely unprofessional and shouldnot be the leader of any operating business, even in fast food. I waited 30 minutes for cups of ice and a sandwich, and when Iasked for a manager not only did she come outside with an aggressive hostile tone, she told me don?t order ice from the back ifI can?t wait. She argued with me in front of other customers, even after I rolled my window up in an attempt to de-escalate theconversation. I?m sure she made other customers uncomfortable beside myself. Extremely inappropriate way to interact with acustomer and even poorer way to resolve a customer?s concern who had every right to be frustrated. I come here nearly every day and order just fries for my autistic son. I know the workers probably think like dang why is this... woman always here lol. But they cook them fresh every time. I have not had a bad experience this far. Read more
Update/Edit: I went back today around 5:30, and had a great experience. The my order was taken very soon after hitting the... button. The customer service was outstanding, and order notes were perfectly executed, along with the food. Kudos to their teamtoday ????! If you're in a rush, go elsewhere. After hitting the button you should expect to wait 10-15 minutes on averagebefore they even take your order, if they do at all. Multiple times I've sat there for 20 minutes and just had to cut my lossesand drive away. Read more
First of all, I ain't never been to a Sonic before! I think their commercials are great! Anyway! We gotta stop sleeping on... Sonic! This place is great! Best onion rings I've ever had! They were crunchy, hot, and plentiful! Always get the large! I gotthe Sonic double burger with jalapeños and bacon! It was too good to be true so I got it again just to make sure! It was stillgood!!! Went to get breakfast with my bf this morning and ordered the breakfast burrito combo I asked for sausage on that burrito... I... ate part of it and didn?t taste any sausage come to find out there was only one small piece of sausage. This is one reason whywe don?t eat at sonic much at all. Read more
Not happy with you guys at all, I ordered a number 3 meal large with a Dr. Pepper, and an order of large chili cheese tots. My... order was messed up, they never asked what side we wanted with the meal, and my large chili cheese tots wasn?t all the wayfilled up like it should have been. You guys need to work on your listening skills, and fix your intercoms. I also spoke withtwo separate women that both could barely speak English and couldn?t understand what I was saying.
