Went here 8-10-22. Pulled up and tried to place order. Clerk cpuldnt heat so came outside. Told him what we wanted and he Said... they haven't had that in a long time despite the fact it shows up on the menu online. Not the 1st time this has happened here. Read more

food took 25+ minutes. staff was extremely rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. seemed upset that we had multiple... orders in one car, when the very first thing we said we would have multiple orders. Guy staff said ?I gave you two ranches,that?s already extra ranch? when requesting condiments for our three meals. messed up our order twice, and we had threedifferent employees come to our car to talk to us because they kept messing up the order and couldn?t understand us. the girlswere okay, but the guy that serviced us (we go here weekly, think he is new) was so rude and passive aggressive my friendliterally left the place sobbing. additionally, they overcharged our food (charged for mediums and gave us small) and gave usthe wrong items. ice cream and drinks were melted/came with almost no toppings and was only like 3/4ths full. horribleexperience. Just returned home with my order. It was mostly wrong. I ordered a #1 Sonic Cheeseburger, tots and Coke. The tots and coke were... correct, but they gave me a BLT without the T. I ate it, but wow. It's just too hot and too far for me to go back, so I'll justput Sonic back in "time out". I should have been warned when the speaker system was not working well and the person taking myorder kept asking me to repeat my order. Read more

Kamiya was not friendly. She struggled to hear my order despite turning off the car and speaking loudly. She tried to complete... my order three time incorrectly before I was even finished ordering. I got the wrong combo number, I got no ketchup, wrong sizeof mozzarella sticks, and gave me the wrong dipping sauce. She never repeated the order to me and looked miserable at her job. Iget that it?s fast food and they?re young employees but I didn?t even modify my order and she got so much wrong. Do better,management. Read more
