The food is delicious, my drink was beautiful, but if you have a chance to talk to the barista name Alex, do so! She is the... nicest and most positively energetic person I've met in a while. She's incredibly easy to talk to (I'm an introvert, so thatmeans a lot to me) and she makes sure you feel welcome so that you can explore your options instead of feeling rushed to getthrough the line. I don't come through this part of town often, but if I do I'm going to remember to stop by this Starbucks totry to see her. Read more
Usually when I look up a Starbucks in any given area, reviews are pretty bad, but I am not surprised at all to see this location... have so many good ones! Their staff is amazing and this has become my favorite location hands down! I usually go through theirDrive Thru and Diana is the most helpful, patient, and kind barista ever! I frequent Starbucks (daily). Excellent service and superior drinks! Will definitely visit again when we are in town.
I was not helped for quite a while even though the store and drive through was not busy at all and saw many workers just... standing around before I was reluctantly helped. The Irish Cream Cold Brew that I was made also had very little foam and I couldclearly tell that the foam was not made correctly. Read more

I asked for an iced white chocolate mocha. I was given a hot white chocolate mocha. I told them this and they apologized. A... moment later they had this drink, what looked like an iced white chocolate mocha. I said thanks and headed out (I did drivethrough). Taking one sip and I realized my mistake. From what I?ve been told from every other barista, iced drinks are madedifferently from hot drinks of the same make. This drink is warm to the touch, despite the ice. It tastes like garbage. It also,according to a barista friend, is not safe to drink as hot drink was poured over ice and left to sit. This Starbucks sucks andhas ruined my order 9/10 times. I kept figuring it was the time I was there but no. Apparently not. They don?t train their teamabout safety standards or, from my experience, quality standards. Read more
My sandwich was super cold. The bacon wasn?t steamy hot either. I feel they rushed on my sandwich.
