If I could leave no stars that would be better. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION INSIDE TARGET M! This morning we went in for 2... simple drinks. I always get a venti latte extra hot. My drink was basically just milk, no espresso, no heat at all and thecaramel Macchiato had no espresso at all either. These employees were more interested in looking at their phones then helpingus. Very short with us and looked like they would rather be anywhere other than at work. I am a regional manager for a companythat mainly does face to face customer service and I can tell you that if they worked for me they would not for very long.Wasted $12 again at this location. If you are interested in getting great customer service , in a timely manner ,or even a great tasting drink then do NOT order... here!! I general dislike leaving bad reviews , but I literally would get my coffee here every morning. And I would bedisappointed every time, except for one time when someone else was there in place of this individual who is there most thetime.So I hope this will change in the future so that I may return to the location that is more convenient for me! Just got 2 drinks and the barista clearly did not care for anything. No customer service, mumbling and very passive, and he... either didn't know how to make the drinks or didn't care. The mocha frappe had no chocolate. I ordered a white choclate mochaand he just filled the cup with 3 pumps of syrup, ice, and milk the rest of the way. Very disappointing service, the barista did not care about customer satisfaction. My mocha frappe had no chocolate or coffee in... it, and tasted like straight milk/ice. The other drink I got was both not what I ordered and also packaged wrong. It was anempty store other than me, so there was no mixup, just a lack of either training or caring. Read more
This was a decent hang out place since my spouse and kids dragged me to the store on my me day. The menu here is pretty... standard for the franchise with reduced options. I was a little sad to see that they did not have mocha among the list ofbeverages. This is a bit expensiveor what you get, so it kinda like being at the airport as a captive customer...lol Read more
