There was actually a body in the area today however the girl there acted like we were going to steal something and covered it as... trying to push the glasses on us. When we did order a drink we were told they were out of most of what we asked for and that shedidn?t even have everything to make a hot chocolate so she substituted ingredients. We didn?t try them until we left or I wouldhave asked for a refund. They tasted like they were made with curdled milk. In addition to dealing with girls nastyargumentative attitude the order was un-drinkable. They are better off leaving the area empty. I believe this is an independentstore but they are giving all the Starbucks a bad reputation. Read more
This is the first time I ever had a problem ordering my coffee ! I had to repeat my order at least 3 times , person who works... there Tamaya or whatever her name is very rude .She kept saying HUH and the whole body language little miss thing had is justunacceptable. Walked up to order a drink. Two girls working discussing about work schedule. I say hello. No response and a quick stare at me... as if they saw someone they didn?t want to see. I?m sure the coffee tastes awesome. I showed up 10 min before closing. The employees were long gone. I?m sure they had better... things to do. It?s fine if you want to close before 8 but change your hours. ?Closed at 730?. No problems then. But thenyou?d probably close at 715.... Read more
$20 for 2 sandwiches (that were sitting on the counter in black trays from the time I arrived) and a small drink? Ridiculous. To... top it off the sandwich was hard as hell after they heated it. Not a returning customer. Read more
Worst customer service ever. John (the manager) doesn?t say one single word to you when you order, doesn?t even make eye... contact. He looks as though he wishes you would just go away. On top of that I ordered a muffin, as I was eating it waiting formy drink I realize there are a lot of bugs inside the food case. I just threw away my muffin.
