This place is has horrible customer service. Will never enter these doors again. Cashier had an attitude because previous... customer asked a lot of questions then took it out on me. This is somewhere I don't usually go....I think it's because I'm often disappointed. The sandwich was fine... but, the cheese... cost $1.50 extra(mozzarella). Apparently, it's on the menu as an upcharge, but I didn't see it there. Either way, it was alunch. Read more
Sent someone in to get me a salad . The menu says turn a 6 inch sandwich into a salad . I though salad itself replaces the... bread , ? The person making the salad asked questions such as do you want lettuce in this ? Yes of course , and asked how tomake it , because she was unsure of herself . Long story short I get delivered to me a 6 inch sub in a bowl Minus the bread????????.. it was not a salad it was a 6 inch sand which toppings only ..I know , first world problems and I don?t intend to bea Karen , but please management , train your staff . If you go to the one on Round Grove road near tom thumb in Lewisville, you'll be taken well care of. If you go to the one in... Flower Mound by lifetime, they will be out of all bread except 1, no meatballs, no tuna, most veggies. They will mess up yourorder and be painfully slow, poorly trained and understaffed. When we go in we usually get to see Dora and two other young man I don?t remember their name they are amazing they always greet... us with a smile. We go during lunch time that?s the time that is always the busiest but we never have to wait to long for ourfood they are fast and make sure that it?s done correctly they do and amazing job every time. 5 stars wish I could give more! I have surgery coming up from a meniscus tear and these people ALWAYS has great service any time... I come here without judging me or treating me any different(especially the lady that does the cashier check outs!). They we?refamiliar with my face and were a great help!
