They make good portions of food anytime I order, but they aren?t always accurate. Usually an ingredient missing from an item.... Service can be slow at times. Not the worst Taco Bell though, that?s for sure. Read more

Soooo.. where to begin. Thanks to the workers that show up. I just want people to know what to expect. App order of four... different burritos 6:15 pm. There is a sign on the drive through saying to go inside to pick up. So go inside and tell them apporder and my name. Women orders on the kiosk and gets her food pretty expected time. She complained it was totally wrong. I gotto watch the show! 30 minutes go by and I am asked for my name again and sure I was at the right place. Yes. Showed the apporder. 10 minutes later received my burritos. Yes. 40 minutes have passed. I use the app for the mediocre rewards. I usuallyonly give good reviews but hopefully management notices as I love the new location. This has got to be a training/managementissue. The workers were polite and professional. Even to the lady who complained and demanded a refund. Read more

Hire new staff or get your business in order! This is ridiculous. Multiple times I have ordered from this place on doordash, and... they always, always, put cheese when I ask for no cheese. There is always an issue. Either completely wrong order or food is notprepared how it?s supposed to. Some people can?t digest cheese or consume. I have had to drive up to get the correct orderbefore and when I order from this location again, it?s wrong again. Sometimes I?m ordering late at night and it?s the only thingI can get with my current dietary restrictions (also when I haven?t eaten much due to senior in college). No respect fromemployees or employers if this is how this business is ran. Atrocious. Read more

I watched three sets of people come in, in a span of 10 mins because something was missing from their order. If they took the... time to actually check the food and make it, they would do less work and the food would be accurate. I can't tell you how manytimes they've left something out of my order. I get it, they're not getting paid livable wages, so they don't care.Corporate/Owner needs to up their pay, so these workers care somewhat about their jobs. Read more

My Sister worked there during the day and loved her job until new manager ?Susan? came. She would come home crying from being... yelled at and disrespected by her. She would Leave her at the store alone for hours during the day when they are super busy. Shewould show up hours late to open the store and my sister would be there waiting on her outside. Today she made her clock out 2hours before her shift was up knowing she doesn?t have a ride home. Susan should not be a manager. In no way shape or form isshe qualified. Read more

Wrong drink, DP instead of Pepsi. Cheese Burrito marked Burrito Supreme. Onions on soft Tacos. Crunchy Taco soggy and missing... one from order. Not a great experience in what seems to be a new location. Won?t be back. Read more

I work 3rd shift uber eats. This location the staff are all super friendly and have A LOT of fun sometimes to much. When the... drive thru is backed up and there is multiple delivery people in your lobby waiting to pick up customers orders it is time tofocus, get organized and be serious. We are still in the midst of Covid 19 they were all cooking and handling the food not asingle one of them had gloves on. One i saw wipe sweat from his forehead with his hand and never went and washed his hands butwent right on handling the burritos and tacos so if your food tastes more salty than normal well that could be why. Writing this while litterally waiting on my order. I walked in seemingly to an empty kitchen at about 11:21 am. I waited and... watched as employees in the back emerged from nowhere and would literally just pass by and not even say a word to me. Anotherfemale employee in the back with a headset and airpods in, walked from the fryer area, to the back of the kitchen and turnedaround to make eye contact with me and also said nothing as she kept walking away. Just as i was considering taking my moneyelsewhere. Another customer went behind the counter and make it known that nothing was being done about (at this point) morethan one customer was not being helped. This is a constant problem at this location. Day or night. I highly recommend going toMcDonald's where at least you save money and still get better service up front than this taco bell location. Read more
