I have never in my life dealt with such an incompetent manager. Allison, the ?manager? working here is a disgrace to this... location, the food business and all things in life. She is a horribly ignorant, sad excuse for life. Breathing the air we allneed, she wastes it on her sorry a** pea-sized brain. To the owner, if you?re reading? Allison will be the death of yourbusiness. I HIGHLY suggest your evaluate letting her go. She has made mistake after mistake on every order my wife and I place.To the point we just hang up when she is shift manager. We are sad to say we must take our business elsewhere when she isworking. When you come into this location, the manager (Victor) has sure a bad attitude towards certain people. The service is rushed... like they want allow you speak your order without cutting you off! Last visit, this has happened server time. Also, once you gethome with the order the chicken is fried so hard and dry. Just bad service! Read more

I waited about 45 minutes for my order. I decided then to go to the front desk only to realize that it had been deleted. When it... was finally served, the rub was incorrect and the order didn't have fries or veggies. The manager didn't even apologize noroffered anything to compensate for such poor service. The General Manager at this location is unprofessional, rude and aggressive with women. I ordered a 15 piece, large fries and... two drinks. My wings were to be the hot lemon flavor. To my disappointment, when I arrived home I realized they gave my originalhot.(pictures attached)I Immediately called and was treated with the most disrespect I've ever received from an establishment.The GM called me a liar and refused to rectify. This saddens me as I work for Toyota Corporate and we consistently placed orderswith this location when we were in our temporary office. Always hot and fresh. The fries are so amazing and tasty. The chicken sandwich was really good and had the perfect amount of... spice level. The service was top notch, the cashier and manager were very polite and helpful. And I love that they have a"freestyle" coke machine which allows so any more flavor choices. Read more
