On my previous visit my receipt had a survey that entitled me to a free sandwich. Upon completing the survey and returning to... the same restaurant they claim that because they are independently owned that they are exempt from the promotion. I have always loved the Rally/Checkers fish sandwich and those wonderful fries! so I was thrilled to discover this store on my... travels. This particular store is what the rest should aspire to be. Clean, fast, and the food is always FRESH. The employeesare very friendly and care about their customers. My last visit, they even tucked in an extra piece of fish for my kitty whotravels with me. I make a trip through Lexington once a week. Everytime I stop here it is perfect. Small details like the ratio of ice to drink... are carefully thought of. The food is delicious, fries always are fresh, and I still can't believe the burgers are as good asthey are. If you find yourself strolling by the exit, stop here, because this place is legit. The food was fresh and delicious! The fries were cooked perfectly! The only think that I have to say that's negative is that... Checkers needs to get a better chicken nugget/ popcorn chicken recipe they aren't the best. The fry seasoned tenders arefantastic though! Read more
