Swung in from Louisville for a show, and absolutely would stop in again. Staff was ultra-friendly, space was perfect for a small... concert, and the bar is just a mile or so away from some excellent restaurants. Went to see a band play, and it was a lot of fun! The bartenders/owners were excellent! Me and my group were at the bar watching... the show, and they would check up on us to make sure we were good. The decor was fun and pleasant, and they had a small but wellkept outside sitting area if you needed air. It did fill up quickly. Read more
I am bias in posting this review as my son is playing here live tonight. It's quite cozy and casual and the bartender was... great. They didn't serve food tonight and that's how it supposed to be on Mondays...? We should try to book another evening formore crowd and food. The margarita I ordered was great. Come on out for great food, drinks and live music. Read more
Popped in to Al's while visiting for LexCon 2018 after hanging out at the Arcadium across the street. There was no live music... that night, but is was incredibly down to earth. The bartender was an incredibly nice guy, and even took pictures with oursloppy selves at the end of the night (our small group was most of the patrons that night). We never got around to coming backto order what looked like delicious food from there, but next visit we plan to. Read more
A perfect dive with great live acts, cheap alcohol, a free pool table, and tons of seating. What else do you need?
