Clean inside and out. Good service considering we were there at a busy time. The food was good. Fries were hot.
I give up. I have gone here multiple times and they have been unable to correctly do my order, despite talking to managers,... triple checking that they entered it correctly, and checking it in the parking lot before driving away and having them redo it. I should not have to check my drive thru order every single time. Does the kitchen staff only know how to do the sandwich oneway, and are unable to do it differently when ordered?? I know they got it right when they took my order. The workers havealways been nice but frankly that's not enough for a fast food place... I'd like my food the way I ordered it. That's thepoint. Desiree at this location was assisting in regular routine clean up for the stores professional and standards of cleanliness... which the bathroom was in prestige contagion upon entering it! She had a bubbly personality. Excellent customer service skills.And even with her ensuring and maintaining standards, was joking with me and made sure to ask me if I wanted/needed any sauceseven when the check out representative didn?t (which I?m not complaining on him he was nice as well). I'm the last person to give a negative review but..... 2 weeks ago waited in Line for 20 minutes 5 Cars in line and it literally... never moved.... Last Friday forgot 1 of the 3 sandwiches that was ordered... Tonight a Double Beef n Cheddar with Zero Cheese.Convenient location on my way home but can't be that difficult to get an order right. We just live 5 minutes away. We have been going there since they opened. Sometimes the order is right, with decent portions. But... lately, the order has been wrong, with smaller portions. More often than not. We went there Saturday Dec. 18th. The order was sosmall. 2 small slices, on out Turkey Club sandwiches, right in the middle of the sandwich. Both sides were not half covered,nothing but bread. The lettuce had black spots all over it. The fries were mostly just smaller hard pieces. And cold. We havedecided not to return. I realize restaurants are cutting down on portions, like customers will not notice, to save cost. Butthis place has gotten ridiculous. We had a coupon for $1 fries and cup of cheese. The girl taking our order informed us that thecheese does not come with fries. Tried to charge us. We had to get to the window and show her the coupon, that they had given uslast time we were there, just a few days ago. She did not apologize for trying to make US WRONG. Read more
Everything was fine. Arby's by cost is an upper fast food dining. Because you pay more for their product they should be able to... get the order right. The food was good. Customer service was good. They just left out the fries. This is my second experience atthis particular store where they have left things out. "Look before you leave." Read more
This location is less than to be desired. The food was cold, the service was mediocre but they tried to make it up with... replacing the cold fries with hot greasy ones. The beef and cheddar didn't have much cheese sauce, it was overall a completedisappointment. I would recommend going to the Tates Creek location for fresh food and great customer service. Read more
