Got to this restaurant about 8AM. Ordered our food and sat til 8:46 without receiving our food before we walked out and left. No... communication from our waitress about what was going on. Never checked on us and when I got her attention and asked how muchlonger it would be she just said our order should be next. We sat for another 10 minutes after this then left. Went in for a work meeting with coworkers. Food was good, but took quite a while, about 30 minutes. Good accommodation and... atmosphere for a work meeting. Service was good and glasses were kept full. The food was good quality and good portions but alittle bit room temperature by the time we received it. Would go back thanks. Read more

We really miss having a Bob Evans in our town. So, we decided to treat ourselves. It was certainly worth the drive (about a half... hour), and we will make a date to go again soon. Please start visiting your local restaurants again. They need you, and yourlocal economy needs your patronage. Service at the Richmond Rd location has really gone downhill. It takes FOREVER to get your food served. It comes luke warm as... though it has been sitting for awhile. Waitresses never come to check if you want a drink refill and you cannot get theirattention to bring the check. A couple of months ago they left me sitting for 35 minutes and never even came around to take myorder. Even people around me noticed that I had been abandoned. I got up and walked out. I did not go back for a couple ofmonths. It seems at though nothing has changed. Very poor service, they do not seem to care if waitresses are rude orinefficient but nothing will be done. Food was delicious and our server was very friendly. She had a sense of humor and was cheery for 8 a.m.
We had Bob Evans cook our Thanksgiving dinner for us. It was amazing! The food was amazing, the price for all the food we got... was amazing! I ordered 2 days ahead, pick up time was 11:45 am. Got there and it was ready to go. They were slammed by the way.The food was delicious! Ham and turkey! Mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, dinner rolls, an apple pie... $100 bucks, enough tofeed 6 and have plenty of leftovers for the next day. They did a great job!
